Ranch Rider Spirits Co. is looking for an experienced Packaging Lead Operator to join the Production Crew. Responsibilities vary between batch creation, production line operation, and post-production pack out of finished product. There will be an emphasis on machine repair, and preventative maintenance. A strong understanding of various packaging equipment including Counter Pressure Filler/Seamer, De-Palletizer, Pasteurizing, and automated Cartoner is required. You will act as team lead and be able to train crew on equipment as we optimize efficiency.
