Boxtech's VelocityPlus automatic high-speed carton folder gluer will be at display

Banglore-based Boxtech will participate and display technology-driven machines in PrintPack India’s largest print and packaging industry exhibition organized by IPAMA. Boxtech’s automatic high-speed, VelocityPlus carton folder gluer, will be in action at the exhibition. It is also on the launch of an advanced folder gluer for high speed and automation, featuring the make in India folder gluer concept. The machine speed is 250 meters per minute with a pre-folding lockbottom carton. Side paste and lock bottom cartons will be on demo. “In 2020, after the pandemic, this will be the first-ever biggest print and packaging expo. We expect many potential buyers and visitors to experience the new features and new types of machinery. This platform will ease the buyer to compare product features, service, and value for this time, and feel the product to make up his mind for a smart investment,” said Ajay Nayak of Boxtech.

“PrintPack India is always a successful event worth participating in for a buyer or a print and packaging industry. We feel proud to showcase our brand at this exhibition. We get the opportunity to understand the customer’s future requirements and the industry and work on the research and development, with the scope of introducing new machines and new add- ons to the packaging industry. From a sales perspective, we showcase the best product, live shows, and one-to-one discussions with visitors from all over India,” he added. The company expects investors, decision-makers, potential buyers and people to focus on new projects from all over India. “This time, we do not expect more visitors from African countries, Asian countries and European countries due to the inconvenience after the pandemic but we can’t be too sure. Just wait and watch. We are so excited to meet the visitors,” he concluded.

Note: The IPPGroup will be publishing the PrintPack India Show Daily on all five days of the event from 26 to 30 May 2022. Our May issues of Indian Printer and Publisher and Packaging South Asia will also contain previews of the event.

The Covid-19 pandemic led to the country-wide lockdown on 25 March 2020. It will be two years tomorrow as I write this. What have we learned in this time? Maybe the meaning of resilience since small companies like us have had to rely on our resources and the forbearance of our employees as we have struggled to produce our trade platforms.

The print and packaging industries have been fortunate, although the commercial printing industry is still to recover. We have learned more about the digital transformation that affects commercial printing and packaging. Ultimately digital will help print grow in a country where we are still far behind in our paper and print consumption and where digital is a leapfrog technology that will only increase the demand for print in the foreseeable future.

Web analytics show that we now have readership in North America and Europe amongst the 90 countries where our five platforms reach. Our traffic which more than doubled in 2020, has at times gone up by another 50% in 2021. And advertising which had fallen to pieces in 2020 and 2021, has started its return since January 2022.

As the economy approaches real growth with unevenness and shortages a given, we are looking forward to the PrintPack India exhibition in Greater Noida. We are again appointed to produce the Show Daily on all five days of the show from 26 to 30 May 2022.
